Please put width (left to right) and height (top to bottom) in INCHES. Keep in mind that any dimensions over 48" may require oversize shipping surcharges.

What style piece are you looking for? *

What wording and/or imagery do you want on your piece? Do you want it distressed? *

List all wording, punctuation included. If you want imagery, please let me know what image and what style (black and white, handpainted and colorful). Provide some details on your preferred layout and spacing.

What type of backboard would you like? *

The backboard is what the writing or imagery goes on.
